Abstract

In common with many other professional bodies, and notwithstanding reservations about the nature of the panel’s composition and the format of its review, the Editorial Board of FORUM felt it important to respond to the Call for Evidence from the Curriculum and Assessment Review Panel, chaired by Professor Becky Francis. To institute comprehensive education requires a thoroughgoing overhaul of the current curriculum and assessment provisions. We publish our response, organised according to those sections of the original document which we addressed.
